I've been busy lately with very little time to blog. In this last week a couple of things have changed for the better in my life.
First, I've gotten on a new workout regimen. It's difficulty is such that it makes all the other work outs look like foolishness....shananigans....nerf ball. I love it though.
Second, we've really been blessed with a good life group from church. It's really good to have that support group and network.
Third, I've started getting into The Word more and using some free time to meditate. It's does the body, mind, and soul good. You should try it sometime. It'll change your life.
I'll be back in the blogging habit full time next week.
